Partnering for Impact
HTB works in conjunction with IEEE Technical Societies and Regions to define longer-term humanitarian technology strategy to be more data driven and aligned with the organization unit’s priorities.
HTB guides the process through ideation sessions that cover reviewing current humanitarian technology activities, strategic objectives for the Society or Region, suggestions for a comprehensive approach, ideas for new initiatives, impact infrastructure to ensure the long-term sustainability of the initiatives, and the creation of content to showcase impact.
Identifying Needs
Collaborate with IEEE OUs to understand their key focus areas, existing initiatives, and target outcomes for advancing humanitarian technologies for impact.
Designing Comprehensive Approach
Work with key internal and external stakeholders to develop a strategic plan that leverages IEEE’s expertise with HT resources to advanced mission driven programs that achieve social impact goals.
Measuring & Showcasing Impact
Establish impact metrics, track progress, and build case studies to identify gaps and recommend a path forward for greater effectiveness while showcasing our impact on world recognized platforms.
