The chatbot integrates national health resources with everyday communication channels to strengthen service delivery and rapid response through multilingual, evidence-based guidance. It builds on the WHO–ITU Be He@lthy, Be Mobile initiative and The Gambia’s National Digital Health Investment Case, led by the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Communications and Digital Economy, and the Secretariat of the UNIATF.
